Customer support is available between 08:00 and 21:00, Monday to Friday, and from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekends. Please note that they are closed on UK Bank Holidays. Calls to 333 are free if you’re on one of Three’s Advanced Plans; otherwise, standard charges may apply.
